h&m home showroom

i've had a lovely but weird weekend. however, i had time to { finally! } visit the h&m home showroom in the central stockholm. cool concept, obviously! they had the collection hanging from the ceilings and small fridge door magnets with pictures of the collection. and a cashier with internet connection for ordering your stuff online. happy thoughts.

DIY: demolition done for now

i've been wanting to renovate my little { very little } kitchen for a while now but i haven't had so much time for it. { no, i just haven't prioritised it! } but since my friends are coming over i had to do something about the mess... here are some pictures { i apologise for the picture quality... }

this is when i started my demolition project. damned! pretty rough uh?

now i'm getting there! i decided to paint everything white { it is antique white but my camera pictures it yellowish }, maybe still put mosaic on the walls, but not tonight!

the walls still need to be painted at least one time... { not to mention cleaning the windows.. oops! }

then i painted my bedroom walls too! they were dark red before, but not anymore.

i also framed some wallpaper and put the new deco to my living room wall.

and added some scented and dried flowers too...

and finally some new wallpaper. it the ones i love from PiP studio!! { i collect wallpaper samples }

it's been busy night! { little note here, i AM pretty proud of my one woman fix, and it didn't cost me much at all! }

my happiest moment this weekend

aaah jag och mina vänner gick runt i london och shoppade såklart, och sedan såg vi detta... huge reductions på designers guild! måste jag säga mera?

remake {old table becomes new table}

min söta vän Karin gav mig ett jättefint gammalt bord i somras, och nu har jag bestämt mig att fixa till med lite färg. bordet är ju fint som det är men jag vill ha vita möbler... så vita möbler får jag fixa!

my lovely friend karin gave me this beautiful table last summer, och now i have decided to fix it with a bit of colour. the table is very lovely as it is, but i want white furniture... so white furniture is what i will fix!

my home got a bit yellowish

jag kom på att jag minsann gillar gult i vår... jättekonstigt, har inte gillar gult tidigare. förmodligen är jag bara inspirerad av alla mina härliga bloggkompisar och deras fynd.

i just realised i like yellow this spring... it's really a bit strange, i never usually like yellow. maybe it's just because i'm so inspired by all my new blog friends and their finds.

kitchen demolition

Hej alla som läser här, vad glad jag är att det på kort tid börjar strömma in folk som gillar mina inredninghistorier, bilder och annat påhitt. Jättekul! Skriv gärna kommentarer till mig så hittar jag även till era bloggar, för att jag läser mycket och med stort intresse!

Jag har beslutat mig att lära mig det mesta i livet, och just nu {eller under senaste 1,5 åren} har jag funderat mycket kring mitt hem. Jag bor i en liten 30 m2 lägenhet som jag kärleksfullt kallar för Min Koja, ibland även Lådan. Men för att vara helt ärlig så är den lilla lägenheten mitt hem som jag älskar väldigt mycket. Och så går jag och demoliserar allt som finns där inne... Lägeheten är testkoja där jag fritt får öva på mina bygg {demoliserings} kunskaper. Det som pågår just nu är kökrenovering {A.K.A kökshelvetet!} Tjaaa... jag återkommer hur det går!

Annars så vore det väldigt kul att höra om era renoveringar, bygg, och remake-projekt! Jag köper ofta gamla möbler, restaurerar, målar, tapetserar eller något annat kul. GÖR DU SÅNT? Skicka mail och bilder så visar jag för {min lilla} världen.

Hey everyone who reads this, it makes me so happy that in the short period of time people have begun flow in, people who like my interior stories, pics and other fabrications. Very sweeeet! Please write comments to me so I also find your blogs. I read a lot of them with great interest!

I have decided to learn the most in this life, and right now {or in the last 1.5 years} I have thought much about my {constantly evolving} home. I live in a small 30 m2 apartment, which I lovingly call My Hut, sometimes even The Box. But to be quite honest, this small apartment is my home and I love it very much. And then I go and demolishhh everything in there ...

The apartment is a test case where I am free to practice my construction {demolisation} skills. What is going on right now is kitchen renovation (AKA kitchen hell!) wellll... I will get back to you about how it goes! Otherwise it would be great fun to hear about your renovation, construction, remake projects! I often buy old furniture, renovate, paint, and remake them. remake {second hand furniture}

Som jag skrev igår så besökte jag årets Vintagemässa. Det var väldigt många utställare, massa fina kläder och accessoarer, men vad jag fastnade för var dessa kuddar av Remake.

As I wrote yesterday, so I visited the Vintage Fair. There were quite a number of exhibitors, a lot of lovely clothing and accessories, but I really fell for these cushions of Remake.

should my home go blue?

Härlig dag igår. Var på stan, och besökte många olika inredningsbutiker utan att spendera en krona! { jo eller 33 kr för sojalatte...} Så, nu har jag många nya idéer till mitt hem som ska få en ny accentfärg, nämligen midnattsblått! Titta gärna på mina fynd och kommentera vad vore snyggt och vad vore inte så snyggt. Tack!

Great day yesterday. I was in town, and visited many different interior design stores without spending a dime! (well, 33 kr for soy latte ...) So, now I have many new ideas to my home that i´s going to get accent color, namely midnight blue! Please look at my findings and comment on what would be pretty and what is not. Thank you!

Så, vad tycks? Jag skulle vilja ha lite blått i mitt annars vita/guldiga/champagnefärgade, lite rosa, lite dramatisk, lite {eller bara litet hem}.

Well, how do you like? I'd love to have some blue in my otherwise white/gold/champagne colored, little pink, little dramatic, very little home.
