i don't think i have to explain how much i love these cushions by thomas paul! i wish i could find this stuff somewhere close to my hoods.

now, my long flight from the paradise is over and i'm back in paris to meet a friend who i haven't seen in 11 years! last time we met we spent a summer in paris and on corsica, travelling around and partying. now, 11 years later i'm so excited to meet her family of one husband and two kids. lovely! we'll have a coffee along the champs-elysees and chat a long time before i continue back to stockholm. oh, and i might have to visit some shops too...

oddbirds is a swedish design company that creates wonderful items for each unique home. many of their products are not even ready when you purchase them, but you can use your creativity to put them together. { no, it's not like ikea stuff, no no no! } have a look now!

swedish design week { part 1 }

let's have a real swedish design week! why? because the swedes do great stuff! and also at the end of this week is the biggest design fair in scandinavia, formex. i've been looking for this week for a looooong loong time now... the fair is only for trade, but since i must get there in order to create my own ideas and ofcourse, to tell you about the newest scandi designs, i asked some lovely designers to send me an invitiation... not only did i get a couple of invitations but a free entrance ticket too! i love it when people are helpful!!!

here, a swedish designer, jenny frank from designStudioForm, who creates fantastic linen pillows, candle holders and alike. you must go and have look at this super creative lady's work!

another swedish design company that makes my stockings spin is edblad&co. this lovely company creates jewellery and interiors with materials like silver, plastic, pearls, silk and porcelain, and all with green values. have a look at these fab products!

today i'm loving these! karin lindström is a swedish vintage cushion designer { and fellow blogger } who i had a short chat with a while ago. i really like her designs! she makes cushions out of old lace and knitted handkerchiefs, granny's napkins and all vintage fabrics she can find. and she ships away too!!

Jag har haft jättemånga kärlekar i mitt liv men jag tror inte någon har varit lika stor som kärleken för Moltex. Detta företag gör makalöst fina kuddar, gardiner, filtar, dukar och annat textilt.

I have had so many loves in my life but I do not think anyone has been as big as my love for Moltex. This company makes incredible lovely cushions, curtains, blankets, cloths and other textile.

Jag gillar detta företags mönster jättemycket. Spira drivs av 3 kvinnor som bor i textilahuvudstaden Borås i Sverige. Spiras mönster är både klassiska färglada och trycks på hellinne. Produkterna säljs via olika butiker både i Sverige och utomlands.

I like this company's design very much. Spira is driven by 3 women who live in textile capital Borås in Sweden. Spira patterns are both classic colorful and printed in linen. The products are sold through various stores in Sweden and abroad.

Linda har jobbat för Ikea, Mio, Arvidsson textil, Askul och Klippans Yllefabrik bland annat. Hennes stil är klassiskt skandinaviskt, handtryckta mönster i fina höstiga färger. Vad tycker ni?

remake {second hand furniture}

Som jag skrev igår så besökte jag årets Vintagemässa. Det var väldigt många utställare, massa fina kläder och accessoarer, men vad jag fastnade för var dessa kuddar av Remake.

As I wrote yesterday, so I visited the Vintage Fair. There were quite a number of exhibitors, a lot of lovely clothing and accessories, but I really fell for these cushions of Remake.

Som många vet så har jag hemtextiladdiction, speciellt vad gäller kuddar och plädar. Jag hittade dessa Kenzo Maison textiler på nätet, och är såklart mycket sugen på att visa några bilder. Tänkte leta lite andra modehusens hem-kollektioner också, några tips om något fint?
Dessa fina saker kan man köpa på Le Lievre och på Syster Lycklig i Stockholm.

As many know, I have home textiles addiction, particularly in the cushions and rugs. I found these Kenzo Maison textiles online, and am of course very eager to show some pictures. should my home go blue?

Härlig dag igår. Var på stan, och besökte många olika inredningsbutiker utan att spendera en krona! { jo eller 33 kr för sojalatte...} Så, nu har jag många nya idéer till mitt hem som ska få en ny accentfärg, nämligen midnattsblått! Titta gärna på mina fynd och kommentera vad vore snyggt och vad vore inte så snyggt. Tack!

Great day yesterday. I was in town, and visited many different interior design stores without spending a dime! (well, 33 kr for soy latte ...) So, now I have many new ideas to my home that i´s going to get accent color, namely midnight blue! Please look at my findings and comment on what would be pretty and what is not. Thank you!

Så, vad tycks? Jag skulle vilja ha lite blått i mitt annars vita/guldiga/champagnefärgade, lite rosa, lite dramatisk, lite {eller bara litet hem}.

Well, how do you like? I'd love to have some blue in my otherwise white/gold/champagne colored, little pink, little dramatic, very little home.
